Please read the guidelines before you make any purchases at our online boutique :
1- All items listed here are 100% brandnew. Photo in this website is for best preview only, color may very slightly from the real product due to camera flash & monitor setting
2- The price is not included delivery charges unless otherwise stated .
3- Stocks are limited because we are carefully chosen to meeet customer's ultimate satisfaction. Once item is received, it cannot be refundable, exchanged or money be refunded. You can exchane the products with any products of Harry's Fashion Art incase it does not fit you and with a good condition that you are willing to pay the entire costs of the return ( postage ).
4- Orders will auto-cancel if no payment received after 24 hours.
5- Booking for more than 3 days without receiving any payments are automatically be cancelled.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY
1-We do delivery everyday except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday.
2.Delivery via Pos Laju (min RM6) or registered Pos/ Parcel ( min RM3 ) depends on location and weight.
3- For worldwide shipping , please contact me for the delivery rate.
4- Free Delivery Charges For Purchase above RM200( apply for delivery within Malaysia Only).
5- We will give the tracking number for your packages, you can Check the status of Your Packages online.
6- We will not be held responsible if there's any lost or damage of items(s) during delivery.

OUR PRE-ORDER POLICY
1- We collect orders every two months and deposit of 50% ( you may also pay in full is needed to place an order).
2- At the end of the particular batch period we will collect the remaining payment. If you failed to do so, we assumed that you are not interested anymore with the item and your money will be not refunded.
3- If the item you requested is not available your deposit is FULLY Exchangeable or refundable. When Placing an order , you may state other option just in case the stock you are interested with , are not available.
( for example : Items Ordered - Slimi Dianita XXL/ SLimi Sunny XL/ Carlosa XXL, so If The 1st choice is not available , we will proceed with your 2nd choice and so on)
4- Once we have the stock in hand , we will arrange the delivery as soon as possible.
